VIP Night… Appelts Diamonds

So tonight we are having a legendary evening of  VIP Madness….

As we sat around the meeting room table and discussed what we could do for our customers this year that would really blow them away it was our Leader and Appelts Father Bert that suggested “let’s give them a gift certificate of $50 when they spend $50″.

So Yes at first we were like…”that doesn’t make sense, we are going to just give them a $50 gift certificate”?  Bert just said Yes.  Then it evolved to more give aways, and exclusive lines coming in so our customers could have first crack at it.

So then it developed to the excitement that we are looking forward to tonight!

Shamballa give aways and new product sneak peeks… along with fine Wine (Bert is very picky) and cheese balls (Thanks to our Manager Barb)….

If people don’t come to this they are crazy!

Wedding band show

We are having our wedding band show this Friday April 19th to Sat April 21st… If you buy a gold or platinum wedding band for $500 or more you receive a free recreation band of either tungsten, titanium or cobalt!

Think about how you want to represent your significant other on your finger!!!

There will be over 700 styles to choose from ….

Pandora or Shamballa

I LOVE pandora… really who wouldn’t…

Men around the world keep the success spiking of these pretty little beads because it always gives them something to get their sweetheart at a moments notice or a quick apology or a simple just because:)

Yes it is pretty and you can wear it with almost anything but the real reason most of us love it is because of all the emotion behind each one. I can tell you what every bead represents and who gave them to me. My favorite still being the hedgehog which was given to me from my son, a personal inside joke, and my second is the butterfly dangle that says friends forever on the inside… that one is from my daughter:)   How can you not love memories that follow you around all day and look so pretty?

Well then there is the ever so pretty and sexy shamballa… with the Swarovski crystals dancing around black woven mesh…. aahhhh. Its like a breath of sparkly fresh air!

I wear mine together everyday and most days someone is trying to buy a shamballa off my wrist… but pandora and shamballa are best friends and they make eachother look great… there is no battle. I choose both! And they live in harmony…..

Diamonds…

Do you know …

Diamonds are graded at 10x magnification? yes they are… even a flawless diamond is not “flawless” when seen through a microscope at a higher magnification!

Diamonds are not a man made item… they are from the earth and thats what adds to the beauty and rare emotional connection to the purchase of one.  No 2 diamonds are exactly the same. It is like a snowflake… each unique and intricate.

Also remember, a diamond lasts forever…. so will the memories.

My Judgement

So I listen to and look at ads all day long and I observe with intent. I judge if it is good or bad, or just plan catches me off guard. I determine in my mind if it makes sense to what they are “selling”. I like almost all ads that Stray from the norm. There is however one trend in advertising I can’t stand.
I despise when ads (In this case specifically radio ads) use divorce as a funny way to sell.
Divorce is not funny to me. Or to my kids. I cannot imagine that it is funny to anyone who has been touched by it… Which is about 60% of north America’s population. This also includes making fun of affairs. These ads are all from major chains and it actually makes me not want to shop there.

First Blog Ever!

Hello all! I am Sarah, wife to Jeff Appelt, most amazing husband in the world and (step) mom to Josh (11) and Brooke (9) whom I love like they were born of me! They would be very dissappointed if I did not mention our dog Scout which we think is Appelts Diamonds mascot.

This is the first Blog I have ever written and I am excited share events, experiances and interesting and idle thoughts.

I am not sure exactly what you will find here and I cannot guarantee that it will be pleasing to all or that it will be spell checked, but it will be from the heart!!

Yes that is Jeff Appelt on the right in striped PJs… I know… AWESOME!
