Curbside Pickup Instructions

We are happy to offer you free curbside pickup at our Ness, Regent, and Morden locations! Simply follow the steps below for an easy and convenient shopping experience. Please note we will send you an email once your order is ready for pickup! For all inquiries regarding orders including refunds and the status of your order, please email us at info@appelts.ca.

Our Kenaston location is currently temporarily closed. Visit our Locations & Hours page for updated store hours due to the holidays.

Curbside Pickup

Step One:
Place your order online at appelts.ca

Step Two:
At checkout, select curbside pickup at our Ness, Regent, or Morden locations. Please note, our Kenaston location is temporarily closed and is unavailable as a curbside pickup option.

Step Three:
You will receive a confirmation email stating we received your order. This does not mean your order is ready for pickup. Your order will be ready in 2-3 business days and we will send you another email stating it's ready for pickup.

Step Four:
You will receive another email stating your order has been fulfilled and this means your order is ready for pickup.

Step Five:
Head to the store location you selected at checkout and call us once you arrive.

Step Six:
We will meet you at the front door OR we can bring your order to your car!
