What is your warranty?

When you purchase diamond jewellery from Appelt's Diamonds, it's guaranteed at no additional charge.

From the pretty, little diamonds all the way up to the big, dazzling ones—even if you lose a diamond—we'll fix it or replace it. All maintenance is free, forever. It's that simple.

Do you buy gold?
Yes! All of our locations are able to buy gold for either cash or an Appelt's gift card.

Do you offer financing?
Yes! We understand some jewellery purchases come with a substantial upfront cost, which is why we offer a variety of payment methods. One of these options is Flexiti, which allows you to take home the ring as soon as it arrives, while spreading out payments over a specific period of time, with low interest. Layaway is the second option, which allows you to make payments over a period of time before taking home the ring. 

Jewellery Repair Questions 

Do you provide jewellery repairs?
Yes! Our on-site goldsmiths can transform your jewellery to be just as it was when you received that special item.

Is my jewellery sent away for repair?
For most repairs, we are able to repair them in one of our stores. 

What type of repairs do they do?
Our goldsmiths are able to repair chains, replace gemstones, re-tip claws, create custom pieces, size rings, and SO much more. We can even repair eyeglasses!

How long does it take for the repair to be completed?
The average time for most ring sizing is one week! The time varies depending on the type of repair that is being done.
 
How much does it cost?
Click here for the approximate cost of our most common services. For an accurate quote, bring in your jewellery for a FREE estimate. All fees are given upfront, so you have the choice of whether to go forward with the repair.
 
Do you buy gold?
Yes! All of our locations are able to buy gold for either cash or an Appelt's giftcard. 

Watch Repair Questions

Do you provide watch repairs?
Yes! Our on-site horologist can repair your watch back to as it was when you first received it.
 
What type of watch repairs do you do?
We are able to repair and replace batteries, gaskets, pins, clasps, stems, crowns and pushers, crystal and the bracelet. As well we can perform a complete overhaul on your watch if needed, water test and seal it, and remove links. Our service department is ready to help you revitalize your watch. 
 
How long does it take for the repair to be completed?
The average time for most battery replacements is 5 days! The time varies depending on the type of repair that is being done.

Online Orders & Shipping Questions 

Where do you ship too?

At this moment, we ship anywhere in Canada except Saskatchewan, Quebec and British Columbia. If you would like to ship to these provinces, please contact us, and we would be happy to assist you. To learn more about our shipping, click here

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated at check-out, where you will be able to select from a few options from Canada Post. For your peace of mind and to ensure the safe delivery of the items, we require a signature upon delivery.

We are happy to offer free pick-up at any of our locations, and free shipping on all orders of $150.

How long does it take for orders to be processed?

For in-stock items, the processing time will be approximately 2-3 business days. You will be notified when the item is processed & ready to be shipped. 

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During the sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.
