What if I decide not to have my items serviced?
Not a problem, if you decide not to go ahead with the services our technicians recommend we will ship your items back to you, free of charge.
How do I pay for repairs/service?
Once we have agreed upon the necessary procedures we will send an itemized work order to your email. Upon receiving payment, our technicians will begin repairing your items.
How long will the entire process take?
We estimate 4-6 days to receive the item, and another 4-6 days to ship it back to you. The time service will take depends on the number of items, and type of service.
