Monday to Friday: 10am-8pm

Each of our stores are able to provide the following services.
Does my jewellery get sent away for repair?
No, since all of our Winnipeg stores have an on-staff Goldsmith we are able to repair or size almost all jewellery on-site.
For our Morden guests, your pieces will be sent to one of our Winnipeg locations to be repaired so it never leaves Appelt's hands.
Can watch batteries be replaced on the spot?
It depends on the type of watch and the volume of watch battery replacements we have.
Occasionally our service department is able to change the battery while you wait, however, most of the time we will send it to our Horologist who works at our Ness location. The reason for this is that sometimes what may look like a dead battery is actually a gasket needing replacing and the Horologist is expertly trained to spot this and fix it.
