Shipping policy

Please note Canada Post has suspended shipping delivery guarantees and delivery times may take longer than usual.

At Appelt’s Diamonds we want to ensure your shopping experience is as simple as possible. That is why we are pleased to offer you two ways to receive your purchase.

If you are shipping an item over $75 we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. 

*We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on orders over $250 within Canada.

 

Pick up at Appelt’s:

Choose to have your order shipped direct to an Appelt’s Diamonds near you and we will cover all the shipping charges. When you pick up your order in the store, one of our sales associates will be available to answer any questions you may have. 

 

Delivery to your Door:

Once you input your shipping address we will automatically calculate the cost of shipping. We will provide you with several options to suit your needs. Canada Post is our shipping provider as we are confident your package will arrive on time & in perfect condition.

Shipping rates and length are dependent on the shipping method you select:

• Canada Post Expedited Parcel
• Canada Post Xpresspost
• Please note we offer complimentary curbside pickup at all of our 4 store locations

 

Order Processing Times:

For in-stock items, the processing time will be approximately 2-3 business days. You will be notified when the item is processed & ready to be shipped or available for curbside pickup.

All orders are subject to availability and credit authentication. During the sale and holiday periods, additional processing time may be required.

 

Shipping Restrictions:

• We currently ship to all Provinces and Territories in Canada.

 

Additional Shipping Information:

• Orders must be received and clear credit authorization by 11:00 am Central time for your order to be processed. If your order is received after 11:00 am we will process it the following business day. Most packages leave our distribution centre within 2-3 business days. Exceptions include customized orders, special orders, advanced order items, out of stock items, or items that require ring sizing.
• We only ship to one address per order.
• Please make sure your shipping address is correct - we cannot redirect orders once items have been dispatched.
